摘  要：校企产学研合作是提升应用型本科高校人才培养质量的重要途径。但受政府政策导向、高校办学惯性、企业社会担当等方面的限制，校企产学研合作人才培养还存在诸多问题。文章以仲恺农业工程学院化学化工学院为例，在总结以往产学研合作人才培养经验的基础上，有针对性地对产学研合作促进应用型本科人才培养进行探索和实践，初步取得良好的效果。

Abstract： School-enterprise industry-university-research cooperation is an important way to improve the quality of talent training in applied undergraduate universities. However， due to government policy guidance， university inertia in running schools， and corporate social responsibility， there are still many problemsin the cultivation of talents for school-enterprise industry-university-research cooperation. This paper takes the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Zhongkai University of Agricultural and Engineering as an example. Based on the experiences in the cultivation of industry-university-research cooperation talents， this paperhas carried out targeted exploration and practice on the promotion of application-oriented undergraduate talent training by industry-university-research cooperation， and initially achieved goodeffect.

一、校企产学研合作人才培养存在的问题

“应用型本科人才培养”是近年来我国高等教育领域提出的一个新概念。纵观国内大部分地方院校一般都将办学类型定位为教学型，人才培养目标定位为应用型，服务面向定位为立足地方、服务地方。应用型本科和普通本科的区别在哪里？应用型本科人才培养与普通本科人才培养模式有何区别？绝大多数高校并不明确。由于我国高等教育历史发展、政策导向和教育理念等原因，大部分普通本科高校仍然习惯性按照学术型大学的路子办学，提出的具体发展策略还是与学术型大学争资源、争项目、争人才，学校从管理层到教师、学生，对于应用型本科院校发展目标定位、教学定位、人才培养定位等方面的认识仍然比较模糊，人才培养质量与社会需求存在一定差距。

高校还存在重理论、轻应用，重书本、轻实践的教育思想。……
