摘要：随着人们生活水平的不断提升，进而带动汽车业的蓬勃发展，促使我国汽车涂装市场竞争激烈。基于三线建设的全面发展，除了不断革新汽车喷涂技术外，汽车喷涂技术教学应积极引进新的教学理念，积极发扬三线精神，培养更多具有工匠精神的专业人才，满足企业发展需求，提升涂装生产效率，降低企业的生产成本。本文首先探讨三线精神的内涵及重要价值，指出当前汽车喷涂技术教学的现状，并就如何将三线精神融入汽车喷涂技术提出相应的对策，以推动社会主义经济建设的全面发展。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of people's living standards， which drives the vigorous development of the automobile industry， the competition in my country's automobile coating market is fierce. Based on the overall development of the third-line construction， in addition to continuously innovating automotive spraying technology， automotive spraying technology teaching should actively introduce new teaching concepts， actively carry forward the third-line spirit， cultivate more professionals with the spirit of craftsmanship， meet the development needs of the company， and improve coating Production efficiency reduces the production cost of enterprises. This  article first discusses the connotation and important value of the third-line spirit， points out the current status of automotive spraying technology teaching， and proposes corresponding countermeasures on how to integrate the third-line spirit into automotive spraying technology to promote the overall development of socialist economic construction.

0  引言

三线建设自上世纪六十年代开启，不仅促进提升我国国防战备能力，还改变产业布局的不合理问题，对中国社会主义经济建设发挥重要的作用。三线建设者在长期的实践过程中形成了一套具有丰富理论内涵和时代价值的共同信念和行为规范，这就是“三线精神”。基于此，汽车喷涂技术教学既要注重培养学生的理论知识，也要培养学生掌握超高的实践技术，才能取得理实结合的教学效果。

1  三线精神的内涵及重要价值

1.1 三线精神的内涵

新中国建立以来，三线建设作为一次重大战略决策，为新中国国防战备、基础工业及交通能源发展打下建设的基础，不仅对当代中国历史，而且对中国社会全面建设发展产生积极而深远的影响。
