单孔腹腔镜在附件手术中的应用

【摘要】目的：研究并分析单孔腹腔镜运用于附件手术中的临床疗效。方法：随机选择2019年6月至2021年6月间单孔腹腔镜附件手术的19例患者作为研究组，选择同期常规腹腔镜附件手术的20例患者作为对照组，对比两组患者的手术治疗情况。结果：两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间以及住院时间差异对比无统计学意义（P>0.05），而研究组的标本取出时间明显短于对照组，与此同时，研究组患者的术后美容度评分高于对照组，差异显著，统计学有对比价值（P<0.05）。结论：在附件手术中采用单孔腹腔镜术能有效改善患者的临床症状，除了能获得良好的临床疗效外，同时还能降低术后瘢痕的产生，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of single-hole laparoscopy in attachment surgery.Methods：19 patients with single-hole laparoscopic attachment surgery between June 2019 and June 2021 were randomly selected as the study group， and 20 patients with routine laparoscopic attachment surgery in the same period were selected as the control group， to compare the surgical treatment of the two groups.Results：The intraoperative bleeding， operation time， exhaust time and hospitalization time between the two groups showed no significant difference（P>0.05），while the specimen removal time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group，at the same time，the postoperative beauty score of the study group was higher than that of the control group，with significant difference and statistical value of（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Using single-hole laparoscopic surgery in attachment surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients， in addition to achieve good clinical efficacy， but also reduce the production of postoperative scar，which is worth clinical promotion.

隨着腹腔镜近些年在临床中的推广使用，通过腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病不仅可以获得预期疗效，而且术后恢复迅速，创伤小，由于这些优势而获得临床认可，便逐渐替代了创伤大的传统开放手术。腹腔镜手术在临床中常见有三孔与四孔法腹腔镜术，其临床效果是十分显著的[1]。而单孔腹腔镜术是在机体脐部瘢痕下实施的手术，据相关研究调查，使用单孔腹腔镜术对附件疾病进行治疗同样能获得良好的疗效，并且运用此治疗方式还不会造成腹壁瘢痕，对于天生爱美的女性具有推广使用价值。下面我们具体针对单孔腹腔镜实施于附件手术中的运用情况进行分析，研究此术式在临床中的使用价值。
