摘 要：民以食为天，粮为邦之本。粮食生产是我国经济发展中十分重要的一部分，粮食安全是国家安全的重要基础，直接影响人们的日常生活质量。面对粮食短缺等风险挑战，不仅要保证农业的稳定发展，更要确保粮食和农副产品的食品安全。随着市场监管越来越严格，粮油企业基本配备质检部门，本文對粮油企业食品安全检验过程中存在的问题加以分析，以期为提高粮油企业的食品安全检验结果准确度提供参考。

How to Improve the Accuracy of Food Safety Inspection Results in Grain and Oil Enterprises

Abstract： Food is the heaven for the people， and food is the foundation of the state.Grain production is a very important part of China's country's economic development. Food security is an important foundation for national security， which directly affects people's daily life.In the face of food shortage and other risks and challenges， we should not only ensure the stable development of agriculture， but also ensure the food safety of food and agricultural and sideline products.With the market supervision becoming more and more strict， grain and oil enterprises are basically equipped with quality inspection departments. In this paper， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the food safety inspection process of grain and oil enterprises， in order to provide reference for improving the accuracy of food safety inspection results of grain and oil enterprises.

粮油食品安全检验是一项具有科学性、技术性和专业性的工作，检验过程复杂。检验结果失误将直接影响消费者采购选择，甚至威胁消费者的生命安全，也会误导企业和国家在储存、加工、销售粮油时的判断，导致利益损失。粮油食品安全检验作为把控粮油质量的重要环节和措施，在检测粮油的物理特性、卫生指标、营养成分、工艺品质及储存品质等各项指标时，粮油检验过程中的人、机、料、法、环5个环节都可能影响检验结果的准确度。本文将围绕这些影响因素作为出发点，结合自身工作实际，从以下5个方面探讨提高粮油企业的食品安全检验结果准确度的方法。

1 革新检验意识，提高专业素质（人员）

粮油企业在检验人员方面存在很多短板。①企业缺少专业的检验人员，为节约成本，企业会选择招聘低学历、低工资的检验人员，多数由没有经过系统学习的管理人员兼任，他们不具备检验技能，检验意识薄弱，对检验工作一知半解，检验工作面临巨大挑战。……
