摘 要：随着环境的改变，农产品质量安全也面临着更多挑战。在实践中，确保农产品的质量可以改善食品加工行业面临的问题，能从根源上提高食品加工质量，为消费者提供更加安全放心的食品。对此本文分析了农产品质量安全的意义，提出了强化农产品质量安全的紧迫性，剖析了食品加工业现状，在此基础上提出了提高农产品质量安全及食品加工安全的策略。

The Quality and Safety Production of Agricultural Products and Food Processing Industry Current Situation Problems

Abstract： With the change of the social environment， the quality and safety of agricultural products also face more challenges. In practice， only by ensuring the quality of agricultural products， can we improve the problems faced by the food processing industry， improve the quality of food processing from the source， and provide consumers with more safe and assured of food. This paper first analyzes the significance of the quality and safety of agricultural products， put forward the urgency of strengthening the quality and safety of agricultural products， analyzes the current situation of food processing industry， and proposes strategies to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products and food processing safety on this basis.

农产品质量安全生产状况及食品加工安全程度影响经济的发展，确保农产品质量安全生产，提高食品加工业的生产质量具有十分重要的意义[1]。在实践中应该全面分析农产品质量安全及食品加工业现状，并且要立足于现实需求，采取更加科学规范的手段保障农产品质量安全，提高食品加工质量，以此为人们提供更加安全的食品。

1 注重农产品质量安全的意义

新时期下，随着新农村建设的推进，农民科技素养越来越高，在农业生产中也更加看重科技应用，以往的靠天吃饭种田经验也较之过去有了很大变化[2]。现代科技的应用让农产品产量增加，农产品质量也逐渐提升，在很大程度上满足了人们的需求。与此同时，农产品质量安全也成为人们密切关注的话题，保证农产品质量，让人们能吃到安全、放心的农产品成为当前最为关键的话题。

长期以来，在我国农业生产中，将保障农产品供给作为首要任务，增加農产品产量是重中之重[3]。……
