摘 要：食品安全直接关系到人们的身体健康，在人们越发关注食品质量安全的大背景下，食品安全检测技术在保障食品质量安全、维持稳定市场秩序等方面发挥着关键作用。本文通过分析常见的食品质量安全问题及食品安全检测技术，在探讨食品安全检测技术对食品质量安全影响的前提下，提出了提高食品安全检测技术检测效率的策略。

Analysis of the Influence of Food Safety Inspection Technology on Food Quality and Safety

Abstract： Food safety is related to people's health. Under the context of people's paying more and more attention to food quality and safety， food safety testing technology plays a key role in ensuring food quality and safety and maintaining stable market order.By analyzing the common food quality and safety problems and food safety detection technology， and on the premise of discussing the impact of food safety detection technology on food quality and safety， this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the detection efficiency of food safety detection technology.

随着近几年来食品安全事件的频繁出现，食品质量安全问题已经成为整个社会范围内高度关注的热门话题，食品安全检测技术在检测精度及效率等方面的提高，也为我国食品质量的安全提供了完善的技术支持，能够帮助食品生产企业及相关部门在及时发现产品质量安全问题的前提下，明确原因，提出解决问题的措施，推动食品行业的健康稳步发展。本文通过分析常用的食品安全检测技术及其对食品质量安全带来的影响，探讨了发挥食品安全检测技术作用的策略，以便为我国今后食品安全质量的提高及食品安全检测技术的更新发展提供参考。

1 当下常见的食品安全问题简析

1.1 环境污染引发的水产品源头污染

工业以及制造业的快速稳步发展，带来了大量的废气及污水排放，这不但对我国的水质产生了较为显著的影响。废水中所含有的重金属元素及化学有机污染物，同样会对水域中的原生动植物产生影响，这些重金属元素在鱼类等食品生产原材料中的持续积累，会通过食物进入到人体，并在积累到一定程度后引发对应的疾病，危害人们的身体健康。……
