摘要：目的：探讨在临床药事管理中应用合理用药咨询的效果。方法：本组实验对象是66例患者，依据就诊顺序分组，研究组33例，实施合理用药咨询管理，对照组33例，实施常规药事管理。结果：对比对照组以及研究组数据，后者合格使用处方几率、使用Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物的合格率、应用中药注射剂合格率、用药方面满意度均明显更高，P<0.05。结论：在临床药事管理中应用合理用药咨询，可以获得更满意的应用效果。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of rational drug use consultation in clinical pharmacy management. Methods： The experimental subjects in this group were 66 patients who were divided into groups according to the order of visits. The study group had 33 cases， implemented rational medication consultation management， and the control group had 33 cases implemented conventional pharmaceutical management. Result： Comparing the data of the control group and the study group， the latter's qualified prescription rate， the qualified rate of class I incision antibacterial drugs， the qualified rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections， and medication satisfaction were significantly higher， P<0.05. Conclusion： Application of rational drug use counseling in clinical pharmacy management Inquiry， you can get a more satisfactory application effect.

藥学管理、药品管理基本构成了医院药事管理工作，尤其是后者。近些年来，快速发展的社会经济情况，很大程度提高了我国医疗技术。不断增加的药品用途以及种类，安全管理若不严格，很可能发生用药不合格情况。相关资料提及，每年因为用药错误而住院的患者占比10-13%。对于患者来说，为了保障健康安全，合理用药十分重要，意义重大。所以临床应当更加重视药事管理工作，号召各个药师指导患者合理用药，做好咨询教育，将患者用药咨询几率明显提高^[1]，使患者正确对待及使用药物，安排专业人员解答患者用药疑问，改变其错误的用药方式，同时，医院药事管理工作需要有效调整药品配置以及发放，将专业人员及时抽调以实施专业用药咨询^[2]，尽量将患者用药安全明显增加。此次选择66例患者，探讨在临床药事管理中应用合理用药咨询的效果。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

从2020年1-12月我院诊治的患者中随机抽取66例，依据就诊顺序分组，每组患者33例，研究组中，男女性依次是20例、13例，年龄22-72（47.1±5.2）岁，对照组中，男女性依次是21例、12例，年龄21-71（47.2±5.1）岁。……
