摘  要：在当前社会背景下，幼儿教育备受重视，有效落实对幼儿的教育工作不仅是教师关注的重点，也是社会所注意的热点问题。在幼儿的成长中，幼儿园、家庭是生活的主要环境，也是培养幼儿的重要场所，其对于幼儿的发展有着关键作用。因此，想要落实对幼儿高质量的教育工作，就要实现家园共育，幼儿园与家庭达成有效合作，在相互配合中推动幼儿的成长。但是，就当前情况分析，在幼儿家园共育工作的开展还存在一定问题，需要深入探究并找到解决对策，才可在双方互动中达成对幼儿有意义的教育。

【Abstract】Under the current social background，early childhood education has attracted much attention.The effective implementation of early childhood education is not only the focus of teachers，but also the hot issue of society.In the growth of children，kindergartens and families are not only the main living environment，but also an important place to cultivate children，which plays a key role in children's development.Therefore，if we want to implement high-quality education for children，we should realize home co education，reach effective cooperation between kindergartens and families，and promote the growth of children in mutual cooperation.However，according to the analysis of the current situation，there are still some problems in the joint education of children's homes.We need to explore deeply and find solutions before we can achieve meaningful education for children in the interaction between the two sides.

長期以来，我国在幼儿教育方面的理念落后，家长认为幼儿园就是一个看护孩子的地方，是一个孩子进行集体玩耍的地点，孩子并不需要在幼儿园中学到知识。但实质上，幼儿园所教育的孩子大多为3到6岁，这个阶段正是幼儿全面发展的时期，对于幼儿开展基础性的启蒙教育极为重要。在此时期，可以引领幼儿加深对事物的认识，丰富生活经验等，对于幼儿今后的成长有着积极作用。因此，开展幼儿教育是必要的、重要的，家长的理念一定要进行转变，才能够更高效的落实家园共育工作。
