摘  要：幼儿阶段是每个人接受教育的初级阶段，也是语言能力培养的重要环节。在当前教育事业改革的进程下，人们越发关注幼儿的教学工作现状。为了保障在未来的幼儿教学工作中可以有效提升幼儿的语言能力水平，幼儿园就需要结合幼儿的实际语言发展规律和特征，实现教学活动的内容丰富化。本文将从丰富语言教育活动的角度对幼儿语言教学工作起到的重要性进行阐述，并明确指出教学工作遇到的困难点，针对性地提出相应的解决措施。

Enriching Language Education Activities to Promote Childrens Language Development

【Abstract】The early childhood stage is the primary stage for everyone to receive education，and it is also an important part of language ability training. In the current process of education reform，people are paying more and more attention to the status quo of children's teaching work. In order to ensure that childrens language skills can be effectively improved in future childrens teaching work，kindergartens need to combine childrens actual language development rules and characteristics to enrich the content of teaching activities. This article will explain the importance of children's language teaching from the perspective of enriching language education activities，and clearly point out the difficulties encountered in the teaching work，and propose corresponding solutions.

在幼兒园的语言教学工作中，基本上都是利用组织讲述活动、谈话活动、听说活动等诸多的方式，实现幼儿听说水平方面的培养。在人成长的过程中，三岁以前是人生记忆力最佳的阶段，在这个时期的幼儿记忆，主要是来自各种功能观的刺激，但是伴随着年龄的增长，使得人类的记忆力不断地下降。因此，就需要抓住这样的成长规律，开展科学合理的教学工作。

1.当下幼儿园语言教学活动开展的现状

（1）教学方法单一

在当下的教学工作开展中，很多幼儿园实际语言教学活动的开展效果并不理想。其原因较为复杂，首先是由于教师在进行幼儿的教学活动组织中，采用的方法较为单一。特别是一些幼儿园依然采用传统的教学方式，以此让幼儿在这样的活动当中，能够提升自身语言能力的效果。……
