摘要：幼儿教育的重要性是毋庸置疑的，但是在幼儿教育中，对教育成效的评价标准一直困扰着大家。对幼儿园保教质量的评价，成为关注的重点内容之一。本文简单对幼儿园保教质量评价的认识和意义进行一些阐述，着重探索幼儿园保教质量评价中的不足，就如何针对不足开展幼儿园保教质量评价提供一些策略，希望对大家能有所帮助。

Practice and exploration of kindergarten education quality evaluation

【Abstract】There is no doubt about the importance of early childhood education，but in early childhood education，the evaluation standard of educational effectiveness has been perplexing everyone.The evaluation of kindergarten education quality has become one of the key contents of attention.This paper briefly expounds the understanding and significance of kindergarten care and education quality evaluation，focuses on exploring the deficiencies in kindergarten care and education quality evaluation，and provides some strategies on how to carry out kindergarten care and education quality evaluation according to the deficiencies，hoping to be helpful to you.

事实上从改革开放开始，我们许多的教育工作者以及我们的家长已经逐渐意识到我们的教育方式以及教育体制存在着许多的问题。在这个过程中，我们国家的教育也在一次次改革，逐渐发生了巨大的变化。今时今日，上至国家下到家长，对于幼儿教育的重视早已发生巨变。在小朋友各方面都很不成熟的幼年时期，抓住这个时候开展正确的日常生活教育，行为习惯和思想品德教育，可以从娃娃抓起，让幼儿能够有基本的生活技能，良好的行为习惯以及思想品德，对孩子的人生观逐渐形成，很有好处。而在这个过程中，如何对保教的质量进行评价，在这样的评价当中，幼儿教师能认识到在教学过程中的不足，进而改进我们对幼儿进行保教的方法和措施，来提高幼儿园保教的质量，才是各方进行幼儿园保教质量评价的根本的目的。结合我自身的教育教学经验，本人就幼教老师如何在幼儿园中深入系统开展幼儿园保教质量评价的一些问题，提出一些看法和建议。……
