摘  要：唐代中医大家孙思邈认为不读“五经三史”，不可为大医，而对以“五经三史”为代表的中国传统哲学相关知识内容的筛选与讲授，正是当前高校医古文教材与教学所相对缺乏的内容。从医古文教学的定位上来看，加强对于与中医有关的传统哲学知识内容是非常必要的，其有助于中医学的临床教学。而从具体授课内容的角度上说，不论中西医的方向，增加高校医学生对于传统文化大背景的理解与认识都有助于其对中医治疗原则与世界观的深入了解。进而，以传统中国哲学关于医者的价值之相关论述作为参照，也更有利于对高校医学生从传统文化的角度进行职业道德教育与理想人格培养。

Abstract： Sun Simiao， a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Tang Dynasty， thought that he could not be a great doctor without reading the "Five Classics and three histories". However， the selection and teaching of the relevant knowledge content of traditional Chinese philosophy represented by the "Five Classics and three histories" is just the content that is relatively lacking in the current teaching materials and teaching of ancient Chinese medicine in Colleges and universities. From the perspective of the orientation of ancient Chinese medical literature teaching， it is very necessary to strengthen the content of traditional philosophy knowledge related to traditional Chinese medicine， which is helpful to the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine. From the perspective of specific teaching content， regardless of the direction of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine， increasing college medical students' understanding of the background of traditional culture is also conducive to their in-depth understanding of TCM treatment principles and world outlook. Furthermore， with the traditional Chinese philosophy on the value of doctors as a reference， it is more conducive to the professional ethics education and ideal personality cultivation of medical students from the perspective of traditional culture.

一、轉换医古文课程基本定位的必要性

众所周知，现代医学是建立在生物化学以及近代自然科学基础之上的。科学方法，如实验归纳、逻辑分析、推理、统计等也同样构成了现代医学的方法论原则。而在世界观上，现代医学则同样共享近代自然科学的“唯物主义”“世界是理性可知的”等基本理念。而这一现象，也使得目前高校的中医学教育处于某种尴尬与错位之中。因为中医学与现代医学不同，从历史上说，它诞生于近代西方自然科学出现之前。因此，其在世界观与方法论上显然完全与现代医学格格不入。而另一方面，当代大学教育的模式与学科分野却又是近代自然科学式的，同时大学生在进入大学之前所接受的显然也是以近代自然科学体系之世界观与方法论为标准的教育。……
