【摘    要】家园共育即由幼儿家庭与园方教师合作，共同培育幼儿。家园共育的目标是全面促进幼儿健康成长。本文围绕小班幼儿教育展开谈论，浅谈家园合作下幼儿生活自理能力的培养策略。并对家园合作教育及其意义作以简单阐述，指出其对幼儿成长发展的重要意义，在此基础上提出制定育儿计划、线下线上沟通、开展宣教工作、统一育儿标准等多项举措。

My Opinions on Home-Kindergarten Cooperation to Improve Children's Self-care Ability in Small Class

【Abstract】Home-kindergarten co-education is the cooperation between the childrens family and the kindergarten teachers to nurture the children together. The goal of home-kindergarten co-education is to comprehensively promote the healthy growth of children. This article focuses on small-class preschool education， and discusses the strategies for fostering children's self-care ability under the cooperation of home and kindergarten. It also gives a brief explanation of home-kindergarten cooperative education and its significance， and points out its importance to the growth and development of children. On this basis， it proposes to formulate parenting plans， offline and online communication， development of publicity and education， and unified parenting standards， etc. Initiative.

幼兒教育已成为当下教育教学的重要问题，面对生活经验缺乏的幼儿，如何开展教育，是当下育儿工作的重点与难点。而随着我国幼儿教育的不断改革，相关文件中就培养幼儿的各方面能力作出了明确指示。其中，幼儿自理能力是关键，即让幼儿做自己力所能及的事，培养其自理能力。在新环境下，幼儿教育已不再是由教师完全负责，家长亦要参与于此，即所谓的家园共育。本文以家园共育下幼儿生活自理能力的培养展开谈论。

一、家园共育及意义

家园共育即幼儿家长与园方积极配合，相互了解需求、相互反馈问题，共同担任其育儿这一重任。家园共育的目标是全面促进幼儿健康成长，为保证家园共育的实效性与流畅性，家园双方应持积极的态度，担负起应有的责任与义务，园方积极接纳家长，家长积极响应园方要求，及时反馈问题，共同服务于幼儿。实施家园共育能够促使幼儿更快养成良好的行为习惯，更快地适应新环境、掌握新技能，促进其生活自理能力的提升。……
