【摘    要】对话教学符合小学生心理特征，这种教学模式在小学数学教学中的应用能有效增进师生间的沟通，同时促进学生提升学习兴趣，并有效增强学生综合能力。本文首先分析了对话教学的优势，然后对小学数学对话教学的原则进行了概述，并分析了在应用对话教学的过程中存在的问题，最后提出了对话教学在小学数学教中的具体应用措施。

Research on Primary School Mathematics Teaching Based on Dialogue Teaching

【Abstract】Dialogue teaching conforms to the psychological characteristics of primary school students. The application of this teaching mode in primary school mathematics teaching can promote the interaction between teachers and students， and can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive ability. This paper first analyzes the application advantages of dialogue teaching， then outlines the principles of dialogue teaching in primary school mathematics， and analyzes the problems in the process of applying dialogue teaching，， and finally puts forward the specific application measures of dialogue teaching in primary school mathematics teaching.

一、對话教学的应用优势

（一）体现了学生主体地位

数学教学在传统模式中主要以教师为主要地位。在课堂教学过程中，大部分教师在教授学生知识时仍然采用一种“满堂灌”的教学形式，严重阻碍了学生学习兴趣的提升。在小学数学教学中实施对话教学改变了教师的角色，使教师成了课堂教学的主导，而学生是数学课堂的中心。学生可以在课堂上充分地表达自己的见解，也可以问教师问题。在学习过程中，它不仅促进了教师和学生之间的交流，而且提高了学生对数学的兴趣，同时提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力。

（二）尊重了学生个体差异

由于学生的家庭环境和教育经历各不相同，学生存在不同的心理特点，并且学生的知识水平也存在着差异。针对这种情况，教师要在教学过程中充分考虑学生的个人差异，并使教学活动尽量适应学生的能力。在小学数学教学过程中使用对话教学，能结合学生的个体差异，采用有效的教育方法和工具满足个人发展的需要。……
