【摘    要】排球课在小学体育教学工作当中至关重要，利用科学恰当的排球训练课程能加强学生们的体魄，为其日后的学习和工作奠定良好的身体基础。就目前的情况而言，虽然很多学校在进行小学排球教学课程时取得了一定的成效，但仍然存在很多问题，所以教师一定要积极探索新的小学排球训练方案，充分利用已有的教学条件，转变学生们的学习理念，帮助他们树立良好的运动习惯，熟练掌握排球运动的相关技能。本篇文章将深入研究小学排球课程教学过程当中存在的漏洞，提出解决策略，希望能给教师一些启迪和帮助。

Common Problems and Solutions in Volleyball Training in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Volleyball lessons are very important in primary school physical education. The use of scientifically appropriate volleyball training courses can strengthen students' physical fitness and lay a good physical foundation for their future study and work. As far as the current situation is concerned， although many schools have achieved certain results in conducting elementary school volleyball teaching courses， there are still many problems. Therefore， teachers must actively explore new elementary school volleyball training programs and make full use of existing teaching conditions. Change students' learning philosophy， help them establish good sports habits， and master volleyball related skills proficiently. This article will deeply study the loopholes in the teaching process of elementary school volleyball course and propose solutions， hoping to give teachers some enlightenment and help.

小學体育课堂教学内容丰富多样，排球训练课程是小学体育课程中必不可少的内容之一，小学体育教师应该根据学生们的自身特点，选择科学恰当的训练方案，不断提高学生们的体育能力，使他们都能拥有一个健康的体魄。就小学排球训练教学课程的发展情况来看，小学排球教学课程在实际教学过程当中出现了很多难题，直接影响最终的教学效果。由此可见，一定要正视小学排球训练过程当中出现的各种问题，进行教学反思活动，革新排球训练的具体方案，提升教学水平，使同学们能够德智体美劳全面发展。
