【摘  要】强化小学生语言文字的训练不但可以提高学生的语文素养，还可以推进学生语感等能力的提升，让学生更进一步体会语文学科的魅力所在。而提高小学语文素养也是近年来小学语文教学的重点内容之一，为了更好地达到这一目的，要求小学语文教师充分地利用课本内容，强化对学生读、写等能力的文字训练，引导学生敢于说话，最终达到提高小学语文素养的目标。

Implement Language Training to Improve Primary School Chinese Literacy

【Abstract】The language training of primary school students can not only improve the students' language literacy， but also promote the improvement of students' sense of language and other abilities， allowing students to further appreciate the charm of the language and literature subject. Improving primary school Chinese literacy has also been one of the key contents of primary school Chinese teaching in recent years. In order to better achieve this goal， primary school Chinese teachers are required to make full use of textbook content， strengthen text training for students reading and writing abilities， and guide students dare to speak， and ultimately achieve the goal of improving primary school language literacy.

目前為止，小学语文教学已经取得相对不错的成绩，语文作为学习其他学科的基础，无论是语言表达能力还是组织能力都有一定的难度，而语文素养也已经延伸到语文教育的各方面，特别是语言文字的练习，这也就对小学生学习语文提出了更高的要求，同时小学语文教师也将面临一个全新的挑战。这就需要相关教育部门对小学语文教师进行集中培训，探讨如何进一步加强学生语文素养，让教师之间相互交流，分享教学经验，取长补短，进一步落实语言文字训练，提高小学语文素养。

一、落实语言文字训练，提高小学语文素养当前现状

（一）传统教学观念仍然盛行，教学方式落后

随着新课程理念下的教学改革要求，越来越多的教师已经开始意识到强化语言文字训练对学生学习的重要性，但是不知道从哪一步开始，如果方法使用得不恰当很容易适得其反。所以要想解决这个问题，首先就要对小学语文教师进行集中培训和教学，让教师在实际的教学中积累经验并总结不足，在同事之间互相交流，扬长避短，共同推进语言文字训练教学法在小学语文教学中的应用，提高学生语文素养。……
