摘  要：当前阶段教育改革深化推进，传统的教育方式并不能适应现代化教育发展需要。从教育本质分析，教书和育人都属于教育的内容，但绝大多数教师都忽略了育人环节。班级文化属于群众文化的范畴，是彰显学生理想和追求的表现，同时也营造了优良的班级环境。基于此，班主任在班级管理中必须强化班级文化建设，最大程度发挥班级文化在班级管理中的育人作用。

Research on the Educational Function of Class Culture in Class Management

Abstract： At present， with the deepening of education reform， the traditional way of education can not meet the needs of the development of modern education. From the analysis of the essence of education， teaching and educating people belong to the content of education， but most teachers ignore the link of educating people. Class culture belongs to the category of mass culture. It not only shows students' ideals and pursuit， but also creates a good class environment. Based on this， class teachers must strengthen the construction of class culture in class management and give full play to the educational role of class culture in class management.

班级管理中班级文化属于必要的一种软件，其在班级管理中发挥的作用不可只停留在口号上，应以班主任为引领，营造积极健康的班级氛围，最大程度发挥班级文化在培养学生价值观和健康人格的作用，为学生健康成长奠定良好的基础。

1  班级文化概念与类型

1.1 班级文化的概念

文化概念可以分为广义和狭義两类。从广义上分析，其指的是人类在社会历史发展过程中创造的精神财富和物质财富之和。从狭义上分析，其指的是人类创造的精神财富，如艺术、科学、教育和文学方面[1]。班级文化指的是绝大多数学生认可的，在全班学生互相作用、共同参与过程中形成的主要用于教育班级成员的一套价值体系，这部分价值包含的内容很多，如心理意识、规章制度和学生的价值观念。换言之，是班级成员无论在日常活动、学习还是生活中都努力贯彻并彰显出的共有行为，包含了很多方面的内容，如道德观念、生活习惯、精神追求和思维方式。……
