摘  要：对于我国高校目前的发展现状而言，需要不断地进行改革才能适应新形势对于人才的需要。向应用型人才培养模式的转变是我国高校面临的重要课题，校企合作是培养应用型人才的重要举措，完善的校企合作体系可以为学生搭建良好的实践平台，对于培养应用型人才具有重大意义。针对校企合作中面临的困难和存在的问题，以学生专业为基础，依托校外合作企业，采用优势互补的方式，探索校企协同育人的新途径，从课程体系、实践基地、等方面构建人才培养模式，从而培养市场需求的应用型人才。

Research on School-enterprise Cooperation Model Based on Application-oriented Personnel Training

Abstract： For the current development situation of colleges and universities in China， it needs continuous reform to meet the needs of talents in the new situation. The transformation to the training mode of applied talents is an important topic faced by colleges and universities in China. School enterprise cooperation is an important measure to cultivate applied talents. A perfect school enterprise cooperation system can build a good practice platform for students， which is of great significance to cultivate applied talents. In view of the difficulties and problems faced in school enterprise cooperation， based on students' majors， relying on off campus cooperative enterprises， and adopting the way of complementary advantages， explore new ways of school enterprise collaborative education， and build a talent training mode from the aspects of curriculum system， practice base and so on， so as to cultivate applied talents required by the market.

教育供给侧结构性改革是以提高人才供给质量和效益为出发点，扩大人才的有效供给。深入推进教育供给侧结构性改革是我国高校未来的重要任务，近年来，随着我国教育事业的发展，高校毕业生数量逐年增多，但劳动市场上人才的供求之间依然存在矛盾，我国经济的发展和高科技产业的壮大，使得企业迫切需要高素质、高质量的应用型人才，然后高校培养人才更多的是中低端没有实践经验的人才。根据教育部《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》，一些高校已经注意到了应用型人才培养的重要性，而校企合作协同育人是培养应用型人才的有效路径。因此，高校基于教育供给侧结构性改革，如何深化与企业的合作与交流，创建以需求为导向的应用型人才培养机制，输出具有高专业素养的人才，是高校亟待解决的重要问题。……
