【摘    要】在教学实践的过程中，教师不仅要对学生进行知识的传授以及能力的培养，更要进行引导，使其能形成正确积极的思想认知，以保障教学活动效率的提升以及学生综合素养的不断发展。在初中阶段的班级管理过程中，教师可以通过加强班级文化建设的方式，引导学生进行自主管理，使学生能在学习与实践的过程中获得实践能力和自主意识的协调发展，从而提升管理效率，为实现学生健康成长这一教学管理目的提供支持。

【Abstract】In the process of teaching practice， teachers must not only teach students knowledge and cultivate their abilities， but also guide them so that they can form correct and positive ideological cognitions to ensure the efficiency of teaching activities and the comprehensiveness of students continuous development of literacy. In the process of class management at the junior high school stage， teachers can guide students to carry out autonomous management by strengthening the construction of class culture， so that students can obtain the coordinated development of practical ability and autonomous awareness in the process of learning and practice， thereby improving management efficiency， to provide support for the teaching management purpose of realizing the healthy growth of students.

教師在教学管理的过程中，可以通过构建良好和谐的班级文化和氛围，引导学生进行自主管理，使其在一系列的理念与实践活动的指导下得到自我意识的发展，并形成积极正确的价值观念，为实现班级管理的目标，促进学生的发展提供更加坚实有力的保障。

一、初中生班级自主管理的目的

在初中班级管理的教学实践中，教师鼓励学生进行自主化管理，能让学生在学习和实践的过程中得到思想认知上的引导与转变，为实现教学管理效率的提升以及学生综合素养的发展创造了更加有利的条件。因此，作为班主任，在进行班级管理时，要充分发挥学生作为班级主体的主人翁意识，使其能通过参与班级管理活动实践中获得认知与应用能力等多方面的培养与训练，最终实现学生成长以及教学管理效率提升的教学目的。……
