摘  要：后疫情背景下我国新冠病毒灭活疫苗需求的暴增、居民健康意识的提升与国家政策的推动，使得我国疫苗冷链物流的市场规模不断扩大，迎来巨大的发展契机。同时也存在着诸如疫苗冷链物流市场开放度不高、疫苗冷链物流专业人才匮乏等诸多问题亟待解决。文章以后疫情时代为背景，分析了当前我国疫苗冷链物流的现状和存在的问题，并提出合理的对策建议。

Abstract： Under the background of the post-COVID-19 era， the increasing demand for COVID-19 inactivated vaccine， the improvement of residents' health awareness and the promotion of national policies make the market scale of vaccine cold chain logistics in China continue to expand and usher in a huge development opportunity. At the same time， there are many problems to be solved， such as the low openness of vaccine cold chain logistics market， the lack of vaccine cold chain logistics professionals and so on. Based on the background of the post-COVID-19 era， this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of vaccine cold chain logistics in China， and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.

疫苗冷链物流是医药冷链物流的一个分支，由于疫苗性质的不稳定性和我国高标准的药品质量监督体系，使得疫苗必须在特定的低温环境下进行生产、加工、储藏、运输、配送、销售等，便催生出了疫苗冷链物流行业。2020年新冠疫情爆发，严重影响我国的经济生产与人民的生命健康安全，幸运的是，中国率先研发出新冠病毒灭活疫苗并投入使用。相关专家预计，2021年新冠病毒灭活疫苗的国内需求量在20亿剂以上，极大的疫苗冷链市场体量使得作为供应链下游的疫苗冷链物流市场规模快速扩大，当前我国疫苗冷链物流正迎来巨大的发展机遇。同时国家对疫苗冷链物流的基础设施和技术都有了更严格的要求，疫苗冷链物流也面临着不小的挑战。

1  当前我国疫苗冷链物流发展现状

近年来，我国疫苗冷链物流呈现良好发展态势，主要原因是现代冷链技术的开发应用和现代物流业在医药领域进行了有机的结合，加之国家利好政策和大众越来越高的关注度，疫苗冷链物流在物流领域迅速发展起来。……
