摘  要：文章以长三角物流企业技术创新意愿为因变量，选取企业内部因素、供应链合作因素和外部环境因素3个一级指标，构建了基于Logistic多元回归和AHP的混合因子模型。结果显示外部环境因素影响最显著，且竞争激烈程度和企业所在城市两个二级指标影响较大;其次是企业内部因素，以企业经营规模和员工整体水平影响较大;最后是供应链合作因素，以供应链稳定性影响最显著。综合研究结果，结合长三角实际从政府、企业和供应链层面提出了相关政策建议。

Abstract： Taking the technological innovation willingness of logistics enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta as the dependent variable， this paper selects three first level indicators of internal factors， supply chain cooperation factors and external environmental factors， and constructs a mixed factor model based on logistic multiple regression and AHP. The results show that the external environmental factors have the most significant impact， and the two secondary indicators of fierce competition and the city where the enterprise is located have a greater impact; the second is the internal factors of the enterprise， with the enterprise business scale and the overall level of employees having a greater impact; the last is the supply chain cooperation factors， with the supply chain stability having the most significant impact. Finally， based on the research results and the reality of the Yangtze River Delta， the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the government， enterprises and supply chain level.

伴隨着长三角一体化和信息化进程的加快，诸多物流企业生存压力骤增。一方面，长三角外向型经济发展迅速，吸引了众多跨国物流企业入驻，同时也加剧了区域内物流企业同质化竞争;另一方面，新冠肺炎疫情长期存在催生了顾客对物流响应性、安全性、精准溯源追踪等方面的新需求，给长三角物流企业带来机遇的同时也带来了更多挑战与不确定性[1]。为迅速建立新竞争优势，顺应各大物流商对物联网、大数据、AI等前沿技术布局，快速调整发展战略进行技术创新对多数物流企业来说已迫在眉睫。但需要注意的是，受多方因素制约，很多时候企业无法直接感知当前的技术创新需求，或者说其有意愿却迫于环境无法进行创新活动，因此研究长三角地区物流供应链节点企业技术创新影响因素，对相关部门有针对性合理引导物流企业自主创新，帮助其破解生存困局，促进物流供应链稳定健康发展具有重要意义。……
