【摘  要】理想教育是一项长期性、系统化的工程，将涉及“立德树人”教学工作的各个方面。初中教师要将立德树人作为基本的教学目标，要做到以社会主义核心价值观为引领，推动初中思想政治教育改革工作深入实施，不断地拓展思想政治教育的载体，实现文化育人的教学目的，强化初中生在学习中的主体作用，推动初中生理想教育实效的提升。

【Abstract】Ideal education is a long-term and systematic project， which will involve all aspects of the teaching work of "Moral education". Junior high school teachers should take the morality and cultivation of people as the basic teaching goal， and promote the in-depth implementation of the reform of ideological and political education in junior high schools under the guidance of socialist core values， continuously expand the carrier of ideological and political education， and achieve cultural education The purpose is to strengthen the main role of junior high school students in learning and promote the improvement of the actual effect of the ideal education of junior high school students.

一、初中生理想教育的基本內涵分析

理想是特殊性的人类精神现象，将对人的心灵世界形成主宰，对人的价值取向以及行为选择都形成了一种制约，将是一个人世界观、人生观和价值观集中体现，也是一个人优秀的道德品质培养，实现国家繁荣富强的方向性指引和动力支撑的重要载体。从广义的角度来说，理想可以分为四种，分别是社会、道德、生活以及职业。

理想是一个人价值追求和精神状态的决定性因素。“如果没有理想，信念就不会坚定，精神上就容易‘缺钙，就会得‘软骨病。”这句话准确地说明了理想对一个人精神世界将起到决定性的作用。一个人如果没有理想，这个人的精神世界可能就会失衡，价值观的追求将会出现相应的偏差。理想教育是初中思想政治教育中的重要内容，当前初中生的理想教育，就是要以思想教育价值引领为主，坚持不懈地讲解和传播马克思主义科学理论，让学生牢固树立社会主义核心价值观，增强学生坚定走中国特色社会主义道路的自信，帮助学生树立共产主义远大理想，为共产主义事业努力奋斗。……
