【摘  要】道德与法治，就像是两大标杆一样，树立在学生成长的道路上，让学生有了反思自己的机会。小学生在道德与法治的指引下，能够规范自己的行为习惯，建立完善的价值观，提升自己的综合素养。要想提升学生的素养，小学道德与法治教师就要从学生出发，立足道德与法治为学生提供教育帮助，让学生正确认识道德与法治。在实践教学中，教师要认识到加强学生对道德、法律知识的学习，让学生在实践中创新，可以突出学生的表现，增进学生的认识。

【Abstract】Morality and the rule of law， like two benchmarks， are established on the path of student growth， giving students the opportunity to reflect on themselves. Under the guidance of ethics and the rule of law， elementary school students can regulate their behaviors and habits， build perfect values， and improve their comprehensive literacy. To improve the quality of students， teachers of elementary school morality and rule of law must start from the students and provide education assistance to students based on morality and rule of law， so that students can have a correct understanding of morality and rule of law. In practical teaching， it is necessary to realize that strengthening students' learning of moral and legal knowledge， allowing students to innovate in practice， can highlight students' performance and enhance students' understanding.

小学道德与法治教师在教学中提升学生的素养，是希望学生能够掌握道德与法治的精髓，知道怎样利用道德与法治知识来约束自己，成为新时代的少年先锋，最终为社会的稳定发展做出贡献，推动道德与法治社会的进步。

一、加强学生对道德知识的学习——培养学生正确的价值观

道德是人们在生活中约定俗成的，有助于人们开展人际交往，进行社会生活。对于小学生来说，自己生活的世界不仅有学校，还有社会。因此，教师在教育学生的时候，要帮助学生适应社会生活，让学生熟悉道德知识。小学道德与法治教师在教学中培养学生素养时，应加强学生对道德知识的学习，培养学生正确的价值观念，可以将生活中常见的道德案例罗列出来给学生看，让学生进行观察和判断，从而帮助学生从案例中吸取经验教训，深化学生对道德的理解。……
