摘  要：在社会“大众创业、万众创新”的广泛号召下，公益创业由于其独具特色的优势日益受到大学生青睐。大学生公益创业作为高等教育改革的重要抓手，其育人功能呈现为新型的立德树人重要载体，培养大学生创新创业意识，实践育人的有效平台，以及完善人格、促进学生全面成长。基于以上认识文章创新性地构建高校公益创业育人的实现路径模型，从强化公益创业理念、推广公益创业教育、搭建公益创业平台、拓宽资金支持力度、助推政策落地生根等方面，探讨公益创业教育生态发展模式，以此促进大学生成长成才，不断满足社会对人才需求的缺口。

Abstract： Under the broad call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"， social entrepreneurship is increasingly favored by college students due to its unique advantages. As an important starting point of higher education reform， college students  social Entrepreneurship presents its education function as an important carrier of cultivating people by morality， cultivate college students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship， an effective platform for practical education， as well as improve their personality and promote the all-round growth of students. Based on the above understanding， this article innovatively build the path of social entrepreneurship education model， from strengthening the social entrepreneurship concept， promote social entrepreneurship education， build social entrepreneurship platform， expand financial support， booster policy take root， explore social entrepreneurship education ecological development mode， to promote the growth of college students， constantly meet the gap of social demand for talent.

一、新時代大学生公益创业的概念

公益创业即社会公益创业，也被称为社会创业，公益创业是相对于商业创业而言的概念。“公益创业”是指个体或者社会组织基于自身的使命担当和社会责任感引入多种商业手段和运作方式追求创新、追求社会效率，是一种面向社会发展和需要，建立组织向公众提供产品和服务的社会活动。公益创业一词最早来源于欧美发达国家，并最早由比尔·德雷顿使用，英国、美国等发达国家最早开始创业培训，对社会改革起到持续的推动作用[1]。总结地说，公益创业具有以下核心内涵：从社会需求出发，兼顾社会利益;兼顾经济效益更追求社会效益。
