摘 要：课程思政的融入给健美操必修课带来了新的变化：一是授课内容向立体多元化方向发展，二是教学手段和方法迭代创新，三是教学评价体系更加科学.课程思政和专业课的有机融合已经成为未来课堂教学的发展趋势，对树立“健康第一”的体育观念、培养学生爱国主义精神，具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract：The integration of ideological and political teaching in all courses theory has brought several new changes to the calisthenics compulsory course：the first one is that the teaching contents have been developed into three-dimensional and diversified direction;the second is the innovation of the teaching means and methods，the third is the teaching evaluation system is more scientific.The organic integration of ideological and political teaching in all courses theory and compulsory courses has become the development tendency of classroom teaching in the future，which has an important guiding significance for establishing the physical concept of "health first" and cultivating students' patriotism spirit.

習总书记2016年12月10日在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话中强调，“要遵循思想政治工作规律，遵循教书育人的规律，遵循学生的成长规律，不断提高工作能力和水平，要用好课堂教学这个渠道”，我们要加强并充分利用学校课堂教学的优势，最大限度地优化体育课堂的资源，在科学合理传授知识的同时，尽可能地实现对学生思想品德的教育，使课程思政和课堂教学有机结合，相辅相成，互相融合.健美操是一项集人体美、运动美、韵律美为一体的运动，是高校体育教学中一门不可缺失的课程，在其课程中融入思政元素，可以提高学生的价值观，提升爱国情怀，强化学习动力，提升审美、鉴赏美意识，培养积极乐观的心态，打造顽强拼搏的精神，激发努力向上的进取心.本文将阐述课程思政背景下，健美操必修课的发展趋势.
