摘要：《工程测试技术》课程是一门综合实践性强、理论知识抽象、学习起来比较困难难等特点，尤其是应用型本科院校的学生，普遍感到学习难度大。即使有一些学生，在学习该课程时非常认真，最后的考试分数也比较高，但工作后却发现理论知识和实际应用相脱节，达不到工作的要求。这些问题的产生与《机械工程测试技术》课程教学内容的组织架构和教学方法有着密切的关系。综合考虑该课程特点、教学对象和培养目标，构建了教学过程与工作过程系统化的《机械工程测试技术》课程新的教学模式。

Abstract： The course of "Engineering Testing Technology" is a course with strong comprehensive practicality and abstract theoretical knowledge. It is difficult to learn， especially students in applied undergraduate colleges generally find it difficult to learn. Even if there are some students who are very serious in studying the course， and the final test scores are relatively high， but after work they find that theoretical knowledge is out of touch with practical application and cannot keep up with the requirements of the job. The emergence of these problems is closely related to the organizational structure and teaching methods of the teaching content of the "Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology" course. Comprehensively considering the characteristics of the course， teaching objects and training objectives， a new teaching model for the "Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology" course is constructed with a systematic teaching process and work process.

0  引言

《机械工程测试技术》是应用型本科学校机械电子工程专业、内燃机专业、汽车专业等工科各专业的一门重要的基础课程。机械工程测试技术涉及工程数学、力学、电工与电子技术、计算机科学、信息技术等诸多学科，是一门理论推导抽象、实践应用性很强、知识面广的课程[1-2]。该课程是广东理工学院机械电子工程专业的专业核心课程之一。通过该课程的学习，要求学生在学习工程测试技术基本知识的基础上，掌握各种传感器的工作原理及基使用方法，为后续机电一体化系统设计课程的学习和毕业设计提供必要的基础条件。《工程测试技术》教学内容主要包括信号分析处理、传感器、虚拟仪器等三个部分[3]。……
