【摘    要】班级管理工作是小学班主任的主要工作内容之一，也是发展学生核心素养的重要途径。本文将通过利用多媒体生动性特点开展主题班会、利用互联网背景强化沟通与交流、引导学生参与至班级管理工作中等多种措施，对互联网背景下小学班级管理新策略进行分析。

New Strategies for Primary School Class Management under the Internet Background

【Abstract】Class management is one of the main tasks of a primary school teacher in charge， and it is also an important way to develop the core literacy of students. This article will analyze the new strategies of elementary school class management under the Internet background through various measures such as using the vivid characteristics of multimedia to carry out thematic class meetings， using the Internet background to strengthen communication and exchanges， and guiding students to participate in class management.

班級管理工作在小学阶段教育工作中起到发展学生综合素养的作用，良好的班级管理模式可以有效提升学生的组织纪律能力、核心素养水平等。在互联网技术的支持作用下，现代小学班级管理工作与以往的班级管理工作存在一定的差异，不仅丰富了管理方法，同时有效拓展了管理范围，提升了管理效果。

一、利用多媒体生动性特点开展主题班会

在小学班级管理工作中，主题班会的开展是常用的管理方法之一。通过主题班会，班主任可以将多项教育目标融入其中，发展学生的综合素质水平，促进提升班级管理效果。在互联网背景环境下，班主任可以通过多媒体技术为学生开展班会，从而促进丰富班会内容，提升班会的生动性，同时强化师生之间的互动交流效果。例如，在以“防震减灾”为主题的班会开展中，班主任可以利用多媒体信息技术为学生播放我国历史上比较重大的地震视频纪录片，使学生在观看的过程中深度了解地震为人民带来的严重灾害，充分感受地震的破坏性，从而促进提升学生的防震减灾意识。……
