【摘    要】幼儿是祖国的未来，所以无论是社会还是学校对幼儿都十分重视。当前，听课作为幼儿教学中的关键环节，其面临着效率低下以及幼儿注意力不集中等问题。本文旨在探讨这一问题的解决策略，听课是课堂效果的反馈，出现问题说明当前的听课方式需要求新求变。

The Application of Interactive Listening in the Process of Improving Kindergarten Education and Teaching Management

【Abstract】Children are the future of the motherland， so both society and schools attach great importance to children. At present， listening to lectures is a key link in Early Childhood Education， and it faces problems such as low efficiency and children's inattention. This article aims to explore the solution to this problem. Lectures are the feedback of the classroom effect. Problems that arise indicate that the current way of listening to lectures requires new changes.

教育管理是幼兒园教育教学中的关键环节，做好教育管理工作不仅有利于促进学校教育教学水平的提升，而且对提升教育人员自身的职业素养以及个人能力有着极大的作用，这就说明高质量的教育工作能充分提升幼儿教育的附加值，提升教育教学的效率，为未来的幼儿教育打下了坚实的基础。从当前我国的幼儿园教育的教育管理工作来看，教育工作的满意度不甚理想，而从当前互动式听课的运用情况上看，上课注意力不集中以及其他问题成为当前制约幼儿园教育管理的主要问题。因此，本文以XX幼儿园为例，对当前XX幼儿园中教育教学管理提升过程中互动式听课的成果进行逐一分析，为今后我国的幼儿教育提供建设性的意见。

一、互动式听课的涵义以及应用的必要性

互动式听课应用在课堂教学中的应用日趋普遍，课堂教学互动的内涵与外延也在一定程度上有所延伸。教师可以通过互动式听课教学模式指导幼儿如何参与区域活动，通过区域活动的展开，激励幼儿大胆创新。……
