【摘    要】听说训练是英语教学中的重要环节，对培养学生良好的英语素养，帮助学生树立英语思维意识有重大意义。对于小学三年级英语教学改革来说，教师要站在学生的角度，了解学生英语学习的现状，掌握行之有效的听说训练指导策略，在鼓励和引导学生的过程中加深学生对英语知识的理解，保证学生能够对这门课程产生深刻的认知，进而全面提升学生的英语学习能力。

【Abstract】Hearing and speaking training is an important part of English teaching. It is of great significance to cultivate students' good English literacy and help students build up their English thinking consciousness. 英语是小学教育阶段中的重难点学科，学习这门学科对学生是一个较大的挑战以及考验。因为缺乏具体的学习语境，很多学生在英语学习时面临着重重的困难及障碍，个人的学习能力不足，听说训练更无从谈起。这一点严重束缚了学生的英语学习，导致学生对英语丧失了自信心。为了有效避免这些不足，英语教师需要采取行之有效的指导策略，在鼓励和尊重学生的基础上全面提升学生的听说读写能力，确保学生能够有所收获、有所成长。

一、小学三年级学生英语听说训练现状

在对小学三年级学生听说训练进行分析及研究时不难发现，其整体的训练质量和水准不够理想。学生缺乏能动性，疲于应付教师所布置的训练任务，对听说训练的认知和理解比较浅显，个人的听说读写能力无法得到有效的培养。这一问题的出现既与英语这门学科本身所存有的难度有关，还受教师所采取的训练手段以及训练模式比较单一和机械化的影响。……
