【摘    要】随着幼儿教育理念的不断更新，家园合作共育对幼儿教育的作用为广大教师所认识。家园共育是全面提高幼儿园教育质量的关键环节。然而，在实践中存在家园互动意识不强、沟通质量差、沟通缺乏连续性等现象，无法对幼儿形成卓有成效的影响。本文以家园合作共育的实践为题进行了一定的实践探索与思考。

【Abstract】With the continuous updating of the concept of early childhood education， the role of home-kindergarten cooperative education in early childhood education is recognized by the majority of teachers. Home-kindergarten co-education is a key link to improve the quality of kindergarten education in an all-round way. However， in practice， there are phenomena such as poor home-kindergarten interaction awareness， poor communication quality， and lack of continuity in communication， which cannot have a fruitful impact on children. This article has carried out certain practical exploration and thinking on the topic of the practice of home-kindergarten cooperative education.

在幼儿园教育过程中，家庭教育和幼儿园教育都对幼儿的成长和学习起着非常重要的作用。在传统的幼儿园教育过程中，家园互动方式仅仅局限于家长会、家访、线上互动等，幼儿园和家长的互动频率不高，彼此之间没有形成统一的教育观，无法形成卓有成效的教学。因此，幼儿园和家长应该不断探索实现家园共育的教育模式，促进幼儿园教育实践效果的整体提高。

一、目前家园共育中存在的问题

（一）家园认知水平存在差异

在目前的幼儿园教学过程中，普遍存在部分家长对家园共育存在片面认知，认为幼儿园才是幼儿教育的主宰者等现象，导致家园共育战略很难得到落实。除此之外，也有部分幼儿教师认为如果家长过多参与幼儿园教育管理，很容易增加家长和教师在幼儿教育观念上的摩擦，为了让双方关系更加和谐的念想，教师往往会选择独自对幼儿进行教育。

（二）家园共育活动没有落实

随着家园互动理念的不断深入和渗透，许多幼儿园开始举办相应的家园互动活动如家长会、家访、线上互动等，这些互动活动是家长和幼儿教师进行沟通和交流的重要载体。……
