【摘    要】立德树人是教育的根本目标。小学生正处于价值观形成的阶段，是德育的关键时期，需要教师和家长的共同努力，才能获得比较理想的结果。然而，在目前的小学德育工作中，家校共育意识缺乏、家校沟通不足、相关活动匮乏等问题比较普遍。本文分析小学德育中家校共育面临的困境，针对这些问题指出家校共育的路径选择。

On the Dilemma and Path Choice of Family-school Co-education in Primary School Moral Education

【Abstract】Morality education is the fundamental goal of education. Elementary school students are in the stage of forming values， which is a critical period of moral education. It requires the joint efforts of teachers and parents to obtain relatively ideal results. However， in the current primary school moral education work， problems such as lack of awareness of home-school co-education， insufficient home-school communication， and lack of related activities are more common. This article analyzes the difficulties faced by home-school co-education in elementary school moral education， and points out the path choice for home-school co-education in response to these problems.

“國无德不兴，人无德不立。”良好的品德是一个人的根本。对于心智初开的小学生，有效的德育是培养学生道德品质的关键因素，对学生的成长具有非常重要的意义。德育不仅是学校的责任，家庭教育的影响也十分深远。

一、小学德育中家校共育的困境

（一）家校共育意识缺乏

目前，很多教师和家长对于德育并不重视，关注点主要集中在文化课的成绩上，而且即便对孩子的德育有所重视，也缺乏家校共育的意识，学校德育和家庭德育存在割裂的现象。挤占道德与法治这种和德育有关的课程的现象时有发生，学校重视度的不足直接导致教师对于德育工作的忽视。很多家长对于德育也不够重视，或者认为德育主要是学校和教师的责任，一些家长在对孩子进行德育时，方式方法也并不科学。在学校和家长都不够重视的背景下，家校共育的意识就更加薄弱，导致小学德育工作陷入困境，无法起到应有的作用。
