摘  要：在全球应对气候变化的大背景下，世界低碳无碳化进程加快，为应对挑战，党中央提出了“能源革命”，山西提出了“争当能源革命排头兵”。实现能源转型，人才和科技是重要支撑，高校作为人才培养阵地，有着举足轻重的作用。而高校学科专业建设的质量关系着人才培养的结构与质量。文章通过选取山西省五所代表性本科高校与西安交通大学的能源类学科专业在学科评估、师资队伍、支撑平台、校企合作方面进行对标分析，找出问题和差距，进而提出在政府层面，成立相关能源学科基金、整合资源、重视校企合作;在学校层面，重视学科群的建设、师资队伍建设、科研能力提升等建议，助力打造“能源革命排头兵”。

Abstract： Under the background of global response to climate change， the world's low carbon and carbon-free process has accelerated. In response to the challenges， the Party Central Committee has proposed an "energy revolution"， and Shanxi has proposed "a struggle for the energy revolution". To achieve energy transformation， talents and technology are important support， and universities play a pivotal role as talent training positions. The quality of discipline construction in colleges and universities is related to the structure and quality of personnel training. This paper selects five representative undergraduate universities in Shanxi Province and the energy subject of Xi'an Jiaotong University to conduct benchmarking analysis on subject evaluation， faculty， support platform， and school-enterprise cooperation to identify problems and gaps， and then proposes at the government level. Establish related energy science funds， integrate resources， and attach importance to school-enterprise cooperation; at the school level， we attach great importance to the construction of discipline groups， the construction of teaching staff， and the improvement of scientific research capabilities， and help build the "energy revolutionary leader".

美国的页岩气革命，推动了世界能源进入新一轮的转型期，绿色、多元、安全、高效、低碳的可持续能源体系成为世界能源结构的总趋势。作为能源生产、消费大国，为积极应对挑战，党中央提出了“能源革命”，而山西省作为煤炭大省，省委、省政府提出了“打造能源革命排头兵”，出台了行动方案。打造能源革命排头兵的重要支撑在人才和科技，而人才培养的重要阵地在高校，高校学科与专业的建设情况关系着人才培养的结构与质量，进而影响着山西能源转型的进程。

一、能源类学科的界定与分类

作为以服务地方经济为主要功能的地方高校，围绕主导产业及重点开发领域进行学科专业建设、创新人才培养模式与机制，以满足对地方经济发展专业人才的需求显得尤为重要。……
