摘要深化创新创业教育改革是新时代国家教育改革的重要举措。近十几年来，我国高校创新创业教育持续推进，成效显著。拟在创新创业教育理念驱动下就历史专业选修课课程建设和教学过程以普及创新创业教育、发挥创新创业教育在提高大学生能力中的作用这一重心，探讨在创新创业教育背景下探索如何促进历史专业选修课的课程建设以推动高校历史人文学科的教学改革，为发挥历史文化教育的社会功能以达到加强创新创业教育和学生创新能力培养的目的提供一些思路。

Thoughts on the Construction of Elective Courses of History Specialty in Normal Universities Driven by Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

AbstractDeepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure of national education reform in the new era. In recent ten years，innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in China has been continuously promoted and achieved remarkable results. Driven by the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education，this paper intends to explore how to promote the curriculum construction of history elective courses under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education，so as to promote the teaching reform of history and humanities in colleges and universities. It provides some ideas for giving full play to the social function of history and culture education in order to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education and the cultivation of students' innovation ability.

早在2015年我国就出台了《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》[1]（以下简称《意见》）文件。《意见》对高校全面深化创新创业教育改革布置目的、要求明确，任务、步骤清晰，足见国家推动创新创业教育（文中简称“双创教育”）改革的决心与前进方向。这些年来，各高校注重落实，“双创教育”改革力度加大，不断推进，步伐愈快，这与国家实施创新驱动发展战略的迫切需要相关，也是高等教育综合改革的重中之重。

从教育理念转化为教育实践，必须依靠有效的载体。课程体系是实现创新创业教育的有效平台。课程设计、安排是课程计划的重心，是教学实践的基石，是教学目标的充分展示。专业选修课与专业必修课结合形成专业基础，是打造高校人才培养质量重要的依托。……
