摘要：在思政教育融入课程建设的大背景下，高校商务英语教研室作为最基本的教学组织、科研组织、管理组织，对商务英语课程思政体系建设的顺利运转起到最积极的推动与保障作用。本文试图探究商务英语教研室如何在思政教育方面的基层保障，如何保障商务英语专业的课程体系在融入思政建设方面得到切实可行的发展。

AbstractUnder the background of integrating ideological and political education into curriculum construction，as the most basic organization of teaching，scientific research and education management，the Teaching and Research Section of Business English plays the most active role in promoting and guaranteeing the smooth operation and construction of ideological and political education. This paper attempts to explore how the teaching and research section of business English can guarantee the basic development of ideological and political education.

1建立行之有效的制度，为思政教育的落实提供制度保障

1.1教研室建立思政育人的量化考核制度

教研室的制度对教研室的正常运转有重要的意义。然而，长期以来，作为最基础的教育教学研究组织，教研室缺乏制度的规范约束和保障。学校对教研室以及任课教师的绩效考核也偏向于从科研方面进行考核，偏科研而轻教学，没有真正投入课程思政建设。仅是作为软性指标的课程思政，只是停留在教务层面对任课教师的一个口头要求，没有真正从制度上去落实。教研室应该从制度层面落实课程思政建设，制定出切实可行的量化考核和奖惩制度，对课程融入思政提出具体的细化的规范和要求，从制度上保障思政教育规范化、常态化。

1.2将思政元素纳入课程评价制度

把思政教育指标纳入教学监督与审查、听评课、教学评价、期中期末教学质量检查和教学考核制度等。商务英语教研室应及时从领导督学层面，同行之间听课，师师课堂互评，师生互评等方面制定详细的评价机制，量化思政元素在课程里的考核。……
