摘 要：学生党支部作为高校中最基础的党组织，是联系党与青年的一条重要纽带，具有非常重要的意义。而建设服务型的党支部既符合全心全意为人民服务的党的方针，也体现了党建立服务型政党的需要，符合时代发展的要求。本文阐述了在高校中建设服务型政党的意义及其设立的必要性，并分析了建设服务型政党时存在的问题。

A Preliminary Probe into the Construction of Service-oriented Student Party Branches in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：As the most basic party organization in colleges and universities， the student party branch is an important link between the party and the youth and is of great significance. The construction of a service-oriented party branch not only conforms to the partys policy of serving the people wholeheartedly， but also reflects the partys need to establish a service-oriented party and conforms to the requirements of the development of the times. This article expounds the significance of building a service-oriented party in colleges and universities and the necessity of its establishment， and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of a service-oriented party.

1 引言

党的十八大提出要加强服务型党组织的建设的重大决策。十八届三中全会提出要充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用。建设服务型党组织符合党的发展需要，体现了党的宗旨与刚要，能够满足人们群众多元化的需求。特别是在高校中建设服务型党支部能够有效的增强党在青年中的凝聚力与向心力，能够推动大学生党员发挥模范作用，具有非常深远的意义。

2 在高校中建设服务型党支部的意义

2.1 服务型党支部的含义

在“全心全意为人民服务”的党的方针的指导下建设服务型党组织能够更好的服务群众，增强群众的向心力，更加符合在新时代的党的发展需求。而在高校中建设服务型党支部也是按照“全心全意为人民服务”的方针，通过服务于高校的全体学生党员来推动大学生的进步向上。高校党支部中的学生党员往往是高校学生中的佼佼者，在青年学生中具有积极的影响，是青年学生学习的榜样。在高校建设服务型党支部能够引领广大的青年学生团体走上正确的道路，他是对原有的高校党支部的升级，是高校党支部进一步发展与进步。……
