摘 要：随着全球性污染问题的日益突出，人们逐渐开始注重节能减排并具备环保意识。基于此种背景，新能源汽车应运而生，并受到了社会大众的广泛青睐，但同时也加大了对新能源汽车维修专业人才的需求量。而中职院校是培养新能源汽车维修专业人才的主要阵地，人才培养模式的良好运用以及教学方式的合理采取，都在一定程度上决定着对新能源汽车维修人才的培养水平。但是，就针对当前中职院校的发展现状而言，其还存有一定问题，导致人才的培养无法满足当前新能源汽车行业的发展需求。

Research on the Training Mode of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Professionals in Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract：With the increasingly prominent global pollution problems， people gradually began to pay attention to energy conservation and emission reduction and have environmental awareness. Based on this background， new energy vehicles came into being and are widely favored by the general public， but at the same time they also increase the demand for new energy vehicle maintenance professionals. Vocational colleges are the main position for training new energy vehicle maintenance professionals. The good use of talent training models and the reasonable adoption of teaching methods determine the level of training of new energy vehicle maintenance talents to a certain extent. However， in terms of the current development status of secondary vocational colleges， there are still certain problems， resulting in the cultivation of talents that cannot meet the current development needs of the new energy automobile industry.

1 引言

隨着国家节能减排的号召以及人们生活质量的显著提高，对新能源汽车的需求量在不断的攀升。但是，当前许多新能源汽车企业对维修人才还较为缺乏，这就在一定程度上限制了新能源汽车行业的发展。因此，中职院校就应结合当前新能源汽车的发展前景和自身的发展现状，积极的做好人才培养模式的优化创新工作，确保培养出更多专业技能强且综合素质高的新能源汽车维修人才，以此也就能跟当前社会的发展需求相匹配。本文就针对中职学校新能源汽车维修专业人才培养模式展开具体的分析与讨论。

2 当前新能源汽车维修专业的发展现状

较传统汽车不同的是：新能源汽车整体起步较晚，且发展还不全面。但是，随着社会对新能源汽车需求量的不断加大，相应的维修产业也在逐渐庞大，但是汽车维修人员的综合水平还较低。……
