摘 要：伴随汽車的逐步普及与其售后服务等关联行业的迅猛推展，社会对汽车专业方面人才的需求日益增多，传统汽车行业人才培育方式已经不能够与现今汽车发展相适应。因此，在高等职业学校中，开设及创建汽车专业人才培育是汽车行业发展中，势在必行的一项系统工程，而中外协作办学是高职院校教育步入国际化方向的一个重要渠道。本文以在高职院校中，引入中德协作办学方式为切入点，依据我国汽车领域特点，对高等职业学校汽车专业人才培育模式，进行了创新方面的思考和实践。

Practice and Thoughts on the Innovation of Sino-German Cooperative Automobile Professional Talent Training Model

Abstract：With the gradual popularization of automobiles and the rapid development of related industries such as after-sales service， the society's demand for automobile professionals is increasing. The traditional automobile industry talent cultivation methods are no longer able to adapt to the current automobile development. Therefore， in higher vocational schools， the establishment and creation of automobile professional talent cultivation is an imperative system project in the development of the automobile industry， and Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important channel for higher vocational education to enter the direction of internationalization. This article starts with the introduction of Sino-German cooperative school-running methods in higher vocational colleges. Based on the characteristics of my country's automobile field， this article has carried out innovative thinking and practice on the cultivation mode of automobile professionals in higher vocational schools.

伴随我国社会主义经济的飞速发展，其对于高质素复合应用型人才方面的需求逐步增大。社会对于汽车专业技术类人才的需求量也在逐步增强，对其从业质素的要求也愈加增高。高等职业院校汽车专业类原来的实教方式，及人才培育方式已经远远不能与时代新形势需求相适应，亟待革新，使汽车人才培育水平得到提升。为此，我国部分高职院校与德国工业协会合作，将国外优质汽车教学方面资源、教育手法及理念予以有效引入，为国内高等职业学校汽车人才培育模式制定提供重要的依据。基于此，文中就中德协作办学方式下，高职院校汽车专业怎样对人才展开培育进行了相应的探讨。
