摘  要：在线教学推动了教育的多维创新，提高了学习的便利性，但教学质量成为制约在线教学发展的瓶颈。传统的教学质量评价体系已经不能适应现代在线教育模式。文章提出了构建在线教学质量评价体系的基本原则，构建了基于评教与评学相融合的质量评价体系，以期为在线教学高质量发展提供有力保障。

Abstract： Online teaching promotes the multi-dimensional innovation of education and improves the convenience of learning， but the quality of teaching has become a bottleneck restricting the development of online teaching. The traditional teaching quality evaluation system has been unable to adapt to the modern online education mode. This paper puts forward the basic principles of constructing the online teaching quality evaluation system， and establishes the quality evaluation system based on the integration of teaching evaluation and learning evaluation， so as to provide guarantee for the high-quality development of online teaching.

随着科技的发展和技术的进步，现代教育技术也越来越接近现代信息技术，教育行业正在发生着日新月异的改变。就教学方式而言，除了传统的线下教学外，在线教育领域正在蓬勃发展，越来越多的家长、老师、学生能够接受这种新兴的教学方式。在线教学不仅打破了时间和空间的限制，合理有效地整合教学优质资源，而且促进信息化和教育教学场景的深度融合，在一定程度上推动了教育行业的发展与进步。但是，在线教学目前也存在一些棘手的问题，尤其是教学质量不高，特别是在突发的疫情时期，学校受到影响延迟开学，为落实“延期不延教、停课不停学”的要求，大多数学校采取了在线教学的方式，尽管在线教学的网络技术和平台已经足够成熟和完善，但是由于在线教学时空分离的特性，屏幕之外的一些学生往往不能积极地参与到课堂中，一小部分教师也不能够和线下教学一样认真对待，学习质量和教学质量都不能得到有效地保证。……
