摘  要：新形势下经济社会发展对人才培养提出新需求和挑战，产教融合作为培养符合经济社会发展的复合型人才的重要手段，对推动经济发展方式转变和产业深度转型具有重要意义。文章对产教融合现状进行分析，剖析产教融合存在的主要问题，分析包装印刷产业发展趋势及人才需求，提出产教融合培养包装印刷“新工科”应用型人才模式。通过打造包装产业平台、升级优化专业课程、开展创新创业教育、大力推进产教融合，形成针对包装印刷产业产教融合体系，与行业骨干企业共同打造“产业创新共同体”。

Abstract： Under the new situation， economic and social development puts forward new demands and challenges for talent training. As an important means to cultivate compound talents in line with economic and social development， industry-education integration is of great significance for promoting the transformation of economic development mode and the deep transformation of industry. By analyzing the current situation of production-education integration and the main problems existing in this integration， main problems of production-education integration， industry development trend and talent demand of packaging and printing， this paper put forward the model of cultivating "new engineering" application-oriented talents of packaging and printing by production-education integration. By building a packaging industry platform， upgrading and optimizing professional courses， carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education， vigorously promoting the integration of industry and education， we establishing a production-education integration system for the packaging printing industry， and jointly building an "industrial innovation community" with key enterprises in the industry.

随着供给侧结构性改革的全面深入推进，教育部在2017年提出新工科建设，将其作为人才培养供给侧改革的重要举措，将人才培养与产业链、价值链对接，为新时代经济发展和新兴产业建设提供智力及人才支撑。新工科建设以培养学生创新创业能力、实践动手能力和知识综合运用能力为基础，以产业需求专业人才为导向，通过深入开展多学科交叉培养和产教融合协同育人，使培养的学生在工作和生产实际中能够将所学专业知识运用到经济、社会、管理实践中，成为跨学科的复合型工科人才。新工科建设已成为新形势下，探索高等教育工科人才培养模式的重要方向，是引领新兴产业发展、加快传统产业转型升级的重要举措，也是新形势下经济社会发展的迫切要求。……
