【摘要】 为了解决由于信息管理的问题，导致决策的不及时性的问题，本文通过决策过程中信息的挖掘技术，研究基于数字技术来构建一种新型的决策模式，包括源头的数据采集，数据传递以及高层的数据筛选，形成一种基于新鲜数据信息的决策机制，使决策有根据，决策效率高，决策效果好，形成这样的决策模型，从而指导企业和组织进行科学决策，保证企业和组织的高效执行。

Abstract： In order to solve the problem of untimely decision-making caused by the problem of information management，this paper studies a new decision-making mode based on digital technology through information mining technology in the decision-making process，including source data collection，data transmission and high-level data screening，so as to form a decision-making mechanism based on fresh data information，so that the decision-making has basis. The decision-making efficiency is high，and the decision-making effect is good. The formation of such a decision-making model can guide enterprises and organizations to make scientific decisions and ensure the efficient implementation of enterprises and organizations.

信息技術飞速发展为我们高效的使用信息、获取信息、高效决策带来可能性。在现实中可以发现，有些头部企业在利用信息技术发现市场机会获得商机，进行高效的信息采集、传递、筛选，形成高效决策，在这些方面有成功的经验。同时有一些单位也存在信息采集滞后，信息传递手段落后，缺少高效的信息筛选机制，无法为决策提供依据，这是目前我们要研究的问题[1]。

1 决策体系不完善，导致出现的重大事故

最近在一个大型的赛事活动中，县气象预报已经报道了天气将出现问题，按照常理会对这个大型赛事的举办带来重大的影响。但这个信息最后没有传递到最高的决策者和决策机关的决策过程中，从而没有及时叫停比赛。同时，某电视台在比赛的开幕式热热闹闹地发布以后，由于后期的活动出现重大的死亡事件，按照事件的发展，第二天应该对这个事进行新的报道，但是电视台采取了重播前一日开幕式的模式。……
