LCMS-8040测定饮用水中7种农药残留

【摘要】 本文建立了一种使用岛津超高效液相色谱仪LC-30A和三重四极杆质谱仪LCMS-8040联用测定生活饮用水中7种农药残留的方法。对这7种农药残留的线性、精密度、检出限(MDL)、定量限(LOQ)以及加标回收率进行了验证。7种农药残留的线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;分别用低、中、高三个浓度进行了精密度实验,实验结果表明连续6次进样保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别在0.02%~0.11%和1.03%~3.63%间,仪器精密度良好;MDL为0.002~0.18 μg/L,LOQ为0.01~0.73 μg/L,样品加标回收率为85.0%~115.0%。

Determination of 7 Pesticide Residues in Drinking Water by LCMS-8040

Abstract: This paper established a method for the determination of 7 pesticide residues in drinking water by using Shimadzu Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatograph LC-30A and Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer LCMS-8040. The linearity,precision,limit of detection(MDL),limit of quantification(LOQ)and standard recovery rate of these seven pesticide residues were verified. The 7 pesticide residues have good linearity,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999;precision experiments were carried out with three concentrations of low,medium and high respectively. The experimental results showed that the relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area of 6 consecutive injections were 0.02~0.11,respectively 0.02%~0.11% and 1.03%~3.63%,the instrument precision is good;the MDL is 0.002~0.18 μg/L,the LOQ is 0.01~0.73 μg/L,and the sample recovery rate is 85.0%~115.0%.

GB 5749-2006《生活飲用水卫生标准》于2007年7月1日起全面实施,敌敌畏、对硫磷、2,4-滴、克百威、乐果、灭草松和莠去津均是该标准要求检测的项目指标,相关检验标准参照GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准检验方法》[1-2]。在该检验方法中,呋喃丹(克百威)和莠去津均采用液相色谱法进行分析,灭草松、2,4-滴(2,4-D)、敌敌畏、对硫磷和乐果则采用气相色谱法分析,其前处理都需进行提取、浓缩,部分物质还要进行衍生化处理;这些前处理繁琐而复杂[2]。目前,该方法主要应用在有机磷等单一农药的监测,而多残留的检测主要采用气相色谱-质谱[3-5]和液相色谱-质谱联用技术[6-10]。在先前报道的研究中,已有采用液相色谱质谱直接测定这7种物质(敌敌畏、对硫磷、2,4-D、克百威、乐果、灭草松和莠去津)的方法[6-9]。与标准方法相比,液相色谱质谱法前处理简单,无需进行预浓缩,也无需进行衍生化,只需过滤膜后直接上机测定,且准确度和灵敏度有很大的提高。……
