【摘  要】小学阶段的学生正处于身体成长和思想发展的关键期，教师在道德与法治课堂中引导学生以积极的学习态度开展学习时，要能在教学过程中采用多种教学方法和手段帮助学生树立正确价值观，在充分认识到传统道德与法治课堂存在的问题基础上，教师可以在突出学生主体地位的前提下从不同教学方面深入探析如何构建高效的法治课堂，帮助学生实现综合素养的有效提升。

Exploring and Analyzing Teaching Strategies of Effective Morality and Rule of Law Based on Classroom Practice

【Abstract】Primary school students are in a critical period of physical growth and ideological development. Teachers should be able to use a variety of teaching methods and methods in the teaching process to help students establish correct values when they guide students with a positive learning attitude in the classroom of morality and the rule of law. On the basis of fully recognizing the problems existing in traditional morality and rule of law classrooms， teachers can in-depth analysis of how to construct an efficient rule of law classroom from different teaching aspects under the premise of highlighting the dominant position of students， and help students achieve the effectiveness of comprehensive literacy promote.

為了激发学生的参与兴趣和学习积极性，教师要能针对课堂教学中存在的问题改进教学策略，通过多元教学方法的实施促使学生在轻松自在的氛围中学习道德与法治知识，以此提升课堂教学效率，促使学生道德法治意识的有效形成。

一、当前道德与法治课堂存在的显性问题

当前道德与法治课堂中，教师往往会囿于应试教育思想在课堂中实施单一的灌输式教学方法，这种教学形式的实施往往会导致学生丧失学习兴趣，且教师传授的知识内容更多的是关于应试方面的内容，很少对教学内容做拓展分析，也很少关注学生的情感认知，这样就会使整个道德与法治课堂的教学效率出现滑铁卢式的降低趋势，最终影响师生的素养形成，导致教学不理想。

二、关注素养培育实施多样化的教学策略

（一）基于生本理念，确定具体教学目标

新课程改革强调教师在教学过程中要十分注重学生的生本地位发挥，在教学备课时要能从学生的学情出发，引导学生将教材基础知识和知识应用结合在一起进行深刻的探究学习，最终实现道德与法治课堂教学有效性的实现。……
