摘 要 本文通过查阅国内外健康教育学课程教学情况的相关文献，对课程的历史发展、师资力量、教学内容、教学方法等方面进行对比发现，国内健康教育学课程设置相较于发达国家存在基础薄弱、师资团队专业性待提高、教学方法还需多样化等问题。建议借鉴发达国家的经验，通过开设通识课程、开展继续教育、运用现代化信息技术手段、发挥不同高校自身专業优势等措施，全面完善我国的健康教育学课程教学。

Comparative study on the development of health pedagogy at China and abroad*

ABSTRACT There exist some problems in the curriculum of health pedagogy in China compared with the developed countries， including that the foundation of the provision of domestic curriculum of health pedagogy is weak， the professionalism of the teaching staff needs to be improved， the teaching methods need to be diversified and so on by reviewing the relevant literature on the teaching of health pedagogy at China and abroad and comparing the historical development， teachers strength， teaching content and methods. It is recommended to improve the teaching of health pedagogy in China by learning the experience from the developed countries for reference， offering general courses， carrying out continuing education， using modern information technology and giving full play to the advantages of different universities.

健康教育学以健康教育和健康促进的基本理论与方法为研究对象，是医学与行为学科相结合的边缘学科，贯穿于现代医学各学科的实践中。健康教育学课程的开设旨在帮助健康教育者面对不同层次背景的对象，选择有效的健康教育方式，有针对性地开展健康教育活动，促使个体改变不健康的行为方式与生活习惯，同时提高疾病管理技能。健康教育在疾病管理中的重要性日益显现，已成为提升全民健康素养、增进国民健康的重要手段。随着当前对健康教育人才需求的不断增加，对课程教学的关注也日渐提高。本文通过查阅国内外健康教育学课程开设情况的相关文献，对比国内外课程的发展历史、师资力量、教学内容、教学方法等，并分析发达国家健康教育学课程教学中值得借鉴之处，旨在为进一步完善国内健康教育学课程教学提供建议。……
