摘  要：技术的发展不断推动着社会生活的全方位变革，随着无人机倾斜摄影测量技术的不断进步，其应用的范围和领域也逐渐扩大，在城市实景的三维建模上，无人机倾斜摄影测量技术的作用日益突显，其在获取影像的质量、效果、速度上都有着无可比拟的优势，应用前景十分广阔。基于此，本文就其进行简要的介绍，指出无人机倾斜摄影测量技术的应用优势，并进一步探讨无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在三维城市建模中的应用路径，以此为城市的智慧建设、创新发展提供有益的借鉴。

Application of UAVT Tilt Photography in 3D City Modeling

Abstract： The development of technology constantly promotes the changes in all aspects of social life. With the continuous progress of UAV tilt photography technology， its application scope and field are gradually expanding. In the three-dimensional modeling of urban real scene， the role of UAV tilt photography technology is increasingly prominent， and UAV tilt photography technology has a great influence on the quality， effect and speed of image acquisition Incomparable advantages， the application prospect is very broad. Based on this， this paper briefly introduces the UAV tilt photography technology， points out the application advantages of UAV tilt photography technology， and further discusses the application path of UAV tilt photography technology in three-dimensional city modeling， so as to provide useful reference for the wisdom construction and innovation development of the city.

所謂的三维城市建模，就是利用技术手段将城市地表的景观、景物进行全方位的三维立体化的展示，这种模式下能够实现对城市信息的全方位、多角度的记录和展示，在城市的规划环节、创建环节、维护环节，以及应急管理环节都有着重要的作用，在经济价值和实用价值上都十分的突出。三维城市建模是事关城市的发展与运行的重要环节，具有重要的发展价值和意义。

1  无人机倾斜摄影测量技术基本情况概述

1.1 什么是无人机技术

所谓的无人机技术就是利用无线电技术[1]，实现对无人机的远程遥控，在无人机的硬件构成上主要有机翼、机体及螺旋桨，无人机由于操作便捷、速度快、费用低，受到人们的青睐，所应用的领域也越来越广泛[2]。
