摘  要：研究以“互聯网+见习课程教学”的线上线下混合教学模式为目标。按照医生与病人课程的见习内容在线课堂教学的理念， 取长补短， 合理规划设计在线课程内容、利用翻转课堂与现场面授见习课结合的混合模式， 学生完成见习课实践动手操作，可提升学生主动学习知识、自觉学习知识，调动学生学习课程的积极性，提升学习知识的兴趣，提高实践动手操作的能力，提升临床思维的诊疗能力，提升学习的综合素质。本文选取我院2018级临床医学专业五年制的本科学生为教学新模式的授课对象，共100名学生。全部学生自愿参加本次教学研究，与授课教师共同完成医生与病人见习课的全部教学内容。对“在线课堂、翻转课堂”教学适应程度为92%，通过在线课程学习后对教学内容的理解程度为93%，课程设计提高学生自主学习能力的程度为94%，课程设计提高学生动手能力的程度为92%等。探索课程中混合模式教学内容、教学设计、教学模式的变化，也要努力提升自己的业务水平、课堂掌控水平，不断适应新时代教学改革的未来新发展。

Practical Research on the Application of Mixed Teaching Mode in the Course of Doctor and Patient

Abstract： To study the online and offline mixed teaching mode for "Internet plus probation course". According to the concept of online classroom teaching of Doctor and Patient course， we should learn from each other， reasonably plan and design the online course content， and use the mixed mode of flipped classroom and on-site teaching， The practice of hands-on operation can promote students' active learning knowledge， self-conscious learning knowledge， mobilize students' enthusiasm in learning courses， enhance their interest in learning knowledge， improve their practical operation ability， enhance their clinical thinking diagnosis and treatment ability， and enhance their comprehensive learning quality. A total of 100 students of five-year program of clinical medicine in our hospital in 2018 were selected as the teaching objects of the new teaching mode. All the students volunteered to participate in the teaching research， and completed all the teaching contents of the doctor and patient internship together with the teachers. 92% of the students adapted to the teaching of "online classroom and flipped classroom"， 93% of the students understood the teaching content after learning through online courses， 94% of the students improved their autonomous learning ability by curriculum design， and 92% of the students improved their practical ability by curriculum design. To explore the changes of mixed mode teaching content， teaching design and teaching mode， we should also strive to improve our professional level and classroom control level， and constantly adapt to the new future development of teaching reform in the new era.
