【摘  要】幼儿心理健康教育在幼儿的成长过程中发挥着重要的作用，能帮助幼儿形成正确的心理素质和道德观念，使幼儿获得长远的发展。随着幼儿教育改革的深入，幼儿心理健康教育越来越受到重视，幼儿教师必须将心理教育作为工作的重点，关注幼儿的一言一行，与幼儿成为好朋友，不断改善教学方式，注重幼儿的个性化发展，让幼儿在心理健康活动中有所感悟、有所体验。

【Abstract】Infant mental health education plays an important role in the growth of children. It can help children to form correct psychological qualities and moral concepts， so that they can achieve long-term development. With the deepening of early childhood education reform， more and more attention has been paid to childrens mental health education. Early childhood teachers must take psychological education as the focus of their work， pay attention to childrens words and deeds， become good friends with children， continuously improve teaching methods， and pay attention to childrens Personalized development allows young children to feel and experience in mental health activities.

心理健康教育是幼儿园必不可少的科目，是消除幼儿心理障碍、促进其身心发展的关键。幼儿时期是儿童发展最迅速的阶段，在这个时期里养成的习惯和形成的观念将会影响他们的一生。因此，幼儿教师必须提高对幼儿心理的疏导和教育，为幼儿建立一个健康、舒适的环境，通过多种多样的活动陶冶幼儿的情操，培养幼儿的情趣，使幼儿的精神生活变得丰富多彩。笔者结合幼儿教育经验，分析幼儿心理健康教育的现状，进而探究幼儿心理健康教育的方法与途径。

一、幼儿心理健康教育现状分析

（一）忽视心理健康，注重智商培养

有些幼儿园对心理健康并不重视，认为只要幼儿在幼儿园里顺利地度过每一天就行了，幼儿心理的成长是顺其自然的事情，所以没有开设相关的心理教育课程，也没有关注幼儿在成长过程中出现的各种心理问题，这是一种不负责任的行为。……
