摘 要：中职院校致力于培养汽车运用和维修技术型专业人才，也就是说随着社会的进步，科技的发展，校方对相关专业学生实践动手能力开始变得越来越重视，对他们的实操技能所提出的要求也变得相对严格，因此在展开教学活动时我们十分有必要与当前时代发展水平相结合起来，尽可能运用各种整合资源，实现综合型人才的培养。下面本文主要从多方面入手，对中职汽车运用与维修专业的教学改革展开了有效探究，同时进一步分析了汽车技能大赛对教学改革所产生的积极作用，为实现真正培养出汽车维修专业优秀汽修人才与教学改革创新筑基。

The Teaching Reform of Automobile Application and Maintenance Specialty of Secondary Vocational School Based on Automobile Skills Competition

Abstract：Secondary vocational colleges are committed to cultivating automotive application and maintenance technology professionals. That is to say， with the advancement of society and the development of science and technology， schools have begun to pay more and more attention to the practical ability of students in related majors. The requirements of practical skills have also become relatively strict. Therefore， it is very necessary for us to integrate with the current development level when launching teaching activities， and use all kinds of integrated resources as much as possible to realize the cultivation of comprehensive talents. The following article mainly starts from many aspects， launches an effective exploration of the teaching reform of the secondary vocational automobile application and maintenance profession， and further analyzes the positive effect of the automobile skill competition on the teaching reform， to realize the real cultivation of excellent automobile maintenance professions， cultivating talents and building a foundation for teaching reform and innovation.

在当代社会下，汽车需求市场不断增大，对汽车运用与维修专业人才的需求度也在逐渐增多，这也就意味着中职院校在汽车运用与维修专业的教学方面要更加严苛。而为了培养出更多与职业需求相匹配的汽修人才，各大院校都纷纷通过参加各种汽车技能大赛的方式达到教学改革的目的。力求通过竞赛来加快教学，促进教学进程，实现创新。

1 浅析汽车技能大赛

针对中职院校所开展的汽车技能大赛，大多数都是围绕汽车故障判断和排除、汽车发动机维修等方面展开的，以此来对学生掌握专业知识的情况及对维修设备的使用情况等进行有效评估。通常情况下，汽车技能大赛主要分为个人赛事和团体赛事。……
