摘 要：时代发展需要大国工匠，全社会都要弘扬工匠精神。职业教育肩负着培育“匠苗”的重担，培养学生具有工匠精神是新时代赋予职业教育的使命。在本文中，以汽车维修专业学生为例，介绍了工匠精神培育目标的设定、实践路径和具体措施。

A Probe into the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit for Students Majoring in Automobile Maintenance in Vocational Schools

Abstract：The development of the times requires artisans from great countries，and the whole society must promote the spirit of artisans. Vocational education shoulders the burden of cultivating "craftsman seedlings”，and cultivating students to have the spirit of craftsmanship is the mission of vocational education in the new era. In this article，taking automobile maintenance students as an example，it introduces the setting，practice path and specific measures of the goal of cultivating craftsman spirit.

2020年12月，首屆全国技能大赛在羊城举办，习近平总书记在致信里强调“大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，培养更多高技能人才和大国工匠”。在汽车维修专业中开展学生工匠精神培育的研究与实践，满足汽车行业对技能型人才的需求，从而支撑汽车行业健康快速发展。

1 汽车维修专业学生“工匠精神”的培育目标

坚持以立德树人为根本，基于学生成长规律，从学生行为养成教育、校园文化、专业建设等处入手，引导学生树立爱岗敬业的职业态度、精益求精的职业精神，持之以恒的职业素养，守正创新的职业价值。

2 汽车维修专业学生“工匠精神”培育的实践路径

2.1 成立汽车维修专业学生工匠精神培育领导小组

2014年新修订的《中等职业学校德育大纲》明确指出，把学生培育成具有社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才是中职学校德育目标之一。中职学校在贯彻执行德育大纲时，应将工匠精神培养作为德育工作的重要抓手。我校建立了以分管德育副校长为组长的工匠精神培育工作领导小组，统筹协调全面工作，确保人财物的保障、相关制度的出台和贯彻执行。……
