摘 要：随着我国经济的高速发展，人们的生活水平不断提升，对汽车的消费量持续增加。各大汽车公司和企业为了有效满足人们不同的汽车需求，相继在汽车研发中的投入不断增加。人力资源管理是汽车开发项目管理的重要组成部分，其管理效果对项目建设效果，有着非常直接的影响，需要在人力资源管理的过程中，投入足够的力度。为此，笔者将要在本文中对汽车项目管理中的人力资源管理进行探究，希望对促进我国人力资源事业的发展，可以起到有利的作用。

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy，people's living standards continue to improve，and the consumption of cars continues to increase. To effectively meet people's different automobile needs，major automobile companies and enterprises have been increasing their investment in automobile research and development. Human resource management is an important part of automobile development project management，and its management effect has a very direct impact on the project construction effect，so it is necessary to invest enough efforts in the process of human resource management. Therefore，the author will explore the human resource management in the automobile project management in this paper，hoping to play a beneficial role in promoting the development of human resources cause in China.

1 前言

通过开展人力资源管理工作，可以在成本、质量、进度之间架起一座桥梁，从而保证项目得到低成本、快速度和高质量的完成。人力资源管理是项目管理的重要组成部分，通过开展针对性的人力资源管理工作，可以充分发挥工作人员的工作积极性和主动性，为项目的顺利实施，奠定一个非常好的基础。

2 人力资源管理简单介绍

人力资源管理，（Human Resource Management，简称HRM），人事管理的升级，是指在经济学与人本思想的指导下，通过招聘、甄选、培训、报酬等管理形式对组织内外相关人力资源进行有效运用，为组织的发展奠定一个非常好的基础，让企业发展目标与个人发展目标有效统一起来[1]。它是预测组织人力资源需求并作出人力需求计划、招聘选择人员并进行有效组织、考核绩效、支付报酬并进行有效激励，通过不断挖掘相关人员的工作潜力，从而有效提升企业的经营业绩，是企业管理的重要组成部分。……
