【摘  要】随着我国“中国制造2025”的提出，以及“互联网+新业态”的发展，社会行业新兴职业岗位人才需求将更加多样化，使得我国高层次多样化的应用技术技能型人才短缺的问题日益突出。校企合作是各大高校培养应用技术型人才的重要方式之一。论文以郑州财经学院金融学院为例，对该学院校企合作存在的问题进行分析，并提出建立深度融合的校企合作模式的具体措施。

【Abstract】With the proposal of "Made in China 2025" and the development of "internet + new forms of business"， the demand for talents in emerging professions in social industries will be more diversified， which makes the shortage of high-level and diversified applied technical and skilled talents in China increasingly prominent. School-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways for colleges and universities to train applied technology talents. This paper takes the School of Finance of Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and Economics as an example， analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of the school， and puts forward specific measures to establish the school-enterprise cooperation mode of deep integration.

1 基本概念

1.1 應用型本科院校

进入21世纪以来，重视实践能力、强化应用型人才培养已经成为国内外教育届的主流。国内众多高校纷纷在教育改革中探索新的实训实践方式，重视对学生实践能力、创新能力的培养，在掌握专业理论知识的基础上，加强学生的专业技术素质与能力培养，进一步提高学生实践能力和就业竞争力，并逐步形成了应用型本科教育。应用型本科教育的本质是为适应现代化生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需求，而培养高质量技术型人才。

1.2 校企合作

校企合作是一种学校、企业协同合作，注重人才培养质量，注重学生在校学习与企业实践，学校与企业资源、信息共享的人才培养模式。校企合作不仅是当前教育改革和发展的重点，更是民办高校提升质量、办出特色的难点与关键点。

综合国内研究成果，当前我国常见的校企合作模式大致有3种，即“订单式”“工学结合”以及“产教融合”。……
