【摘  要】随着经济社会的持续快速发展，国家科学技术发展事业迎来了前所未有的重大发展机遇，如何采取有效方法与策略，全面提升国家科技创新平台建设成效，成为业内广泛关注的焦点课题之一。基于此，论文首先介绍了国家科技创新平台的重要性，分析了国家科技创新平台建设现状及存在问题，并结合相关实践经验，分别从完善重点实验室的管理体制与运行机制等多个角度与方面，探讨了新时期国家科技创新平台建设的有效路径，望对国家科技创新平台建设实践有所裨益。

【Abstract】With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society， the national science and technology development has ushered in an unprecedented major development opportunity. How to adopt effective methods and strategies to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of the construction of the national science and technology innovation platform has become one of the focus topics widely concerned in the industry. Based on this， the paper firstly introduces the importance of national science and technology innovation platform， analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the national science and technology innovation platform. Combined with relevant practical experience， this paper discusses the effective path of the construction of the national science and technology innovation platform in the new period from the perspectives of improving the management system and operation mechanism of key laboratories， and hopes it will be beneficial to the construction of the national science and technology innovation platform.

1 引言

当今社会，科学技术发展势头迅猛，使科技创新平台建设面临着崭新的发展局面。当前形势下，必须精准把握国家科技创新平台建设的核心与关键，综合运用集约化与精细化的建设策略，全面构建完善系统的科技创新平台体系。本文就此展开了探讨。

2 国家科技创新平台的重要性
